Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation**:Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline.
- **Customer Engagement**:Initiate contact with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to address their pain points.
- **Sales Presentations**:Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations highlighting key features and benefits to persuade customers to purchase.
- **Relationship Building**:Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow-up, and proactive problem-solving.
- **Closing Deals**:Negotiate pricing and terms, address customer concerns, and effectively close sales to achieve sales targets.
- **Sales Reporting**:Track sales activity, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and customer insights.
- **Market Knowledge**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to inform sales strategies.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities to effectively convey product value
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales quotas
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs and selling situations
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented approach
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar industry
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
