**Job Title**: Associate - Customer Outreach
**Qualification**: Bachelor in Arts, Science or equivalent. (Other qualifications with relevant work experience are also ok)
**Location**: Bavdhan, Pune
**Experience**: 2 yrs - 4 yrs
**Compensation Range**: Annual CTC Rs. 5 LPA
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The incumbent shall be responsible for generating quality content to increase engagements and build brand image of the company and its solutions across all the channels:
1. Engaging with the prospects over telephone to find out new business opportunities
2. Should be able to analyze the conversation and pitch the right solutions to the set of customers across industries
3. Need to be a team player and hand over the relevant and actionable insights of the prospect/lead to the sales team at the right time
4. Creation of the exhaustive prospect database and a system to follow up with prospect and convert to lead for generating business
5. Should also conduct customer satisfaction survey (CSI) and report the learnings to the management
6. Increase solution upselling and enquiry generation for spares and value added services
**DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE**
A. SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE (specify area of experience and expected period): Experience in outbound voice calling for B2B customer within and outside India. Solution selling experience
B. TYPE OF ORGANISATION WHERE THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE WORKED: B2B industry, Software, KPO, BPO
**ESSENTIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE**
(Knowledge is the body of information that a person needs to have and that is required to do the job.
1. Knowledge of B2B sales and service processes is a must.
2. Should have experience in outbound calls to national/international customers
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
(Skills refers to the ability of a person to use knowledge effectively and readily in execution or performance. These include both technical skills which are tangible hard skills that are knowledge or experience-based, and soft skills, personality traits, usually interpersonal skills, that affect a person’s ability to do a job well).
Examples: Some generic skills are commonly required for almost all types of jobs - Ability to communicate in
English/another language, ability to write reports and business correspondence. There may be other skills that are specific to a job - use of specific software, ability to make/read engineering drawings, data analysis, etc.
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
2. Should have the knack of engaging with B2B customers
3. Proficiency in English is a must
4. Should be a proactive team player, self-motivating and eager to work with cross functional teams
5. Ability to work on WordPress, MS Excel, MS word, and understanding to create tele engagement plan with customers

- Besides proficiency on the professional side, should have a strong and persuasive communication style and ability to effectively represent the function/ Company while interacting with internal/ external stakeholders.
- Should have the acumen to rapidly assimilate the business model and its key drivers
- As a member of the Senior Management Team, should demonstrate high energy, ownership, and a decisive decision making style with a keen analytical mindset.
