We are seeking a Senior Manager - (Pricing) - Individual Contributor to join our team

Location: Gurgaon /Noida

experience: 10 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Structuring & Analysis: Leading deal financial structuring, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conducting comprehensive assessments of pricing models, P&L, cash flow, and financial viability.

  • Deal Team Leadership: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor financial strategies for each deal, offering recommendations.

  • Client Negotiations: Assisting in client negotiations on financial and commercial terms to achieve financial objectives.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Working with various departments to ensure thorough deal analysis and financial alignment.

  • Internal Governance & Reporting: Assisting in preparing financial materials for internal deal governance, monitoring key performance indicators.

  • Process Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company processes, supporting compliance and best practices.

  • Risk & Margin Management: Validating commercial/financial terms, assessing risks to revenue and margins.

  • Standardization & Best Practices: Driving adoption of standardized processes in pricing and financial structuring.

  • Global Pricing Strategy: Supporting regional and global pricing initiatives aligned with business requirements.

Minimum Qualifications: CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), CFA

Essential Skills:

  • Consultative Mindset & Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges strategically, offering insightful recommendations and resolving complex issues.
