Job Description (English)

Position: Field Sales & Collection Executive (FSE)

Department: Sales & Collection

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Distributor Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Activities
  • Promote and sell Samsung Home Appliances to retailers and dealers in the assigned area.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and share updated product information.
  • Collection Activities
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers and dealers.
  • Maintain proper records of outstanding payments.
  • Follow up with market partners for dues and resolve collection-related issues.
  • Market Development & Reporting
  • Identify new retailers and expand market penetration.
  • Regularly visit assigned routes/markets as per the schedule.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on sales and collections to the manager.
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper branding and visibility of Samsung Home Appliances in the market.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints at the dealer level.
  • Coordinate with the distributor office for smooth order processing and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Intermediate with sales experience preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in field sales and collection (preferably in consumer durables / appliances / electronics).
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile reporting apps.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • सेल्स गतिविधियाँ
  • सैमसंग होम अप्लायंसेज़ को रिटेलर्स व डीलरों को बढ़ावा देना और बेचना।
  • मासिक और तिमाही बिक्री लक्ष्य हासिल करना।
  • डीलर्स, रिटेलर्स और चैनल पार्टनर्स से मजबूत संबंध बनाए रखना।
  • उत्पाद डेमो देना और नवीनतम उत्पाद जानकारी साझा करना।
  • कलेक्शन गतिविधियाँ
  • रिटेलर्स और डीलरों से समय पर भुगतान वसूलना।
  • बकाया भुगतान का सही रिकॉर्ड रखना।
  • बकाया राशि के लिए मार्केट पार्टनर्स से फॉलोअप करना और समस्याओं का समाधान करना।
  • मार्केट डेवलपमेंट एवं रिपोर्टिंग
  • नए रिटेलर्स की पहचान करना और मार्केट कवरेज बढ़ाना।
  • निर्धारित रूट/मार्केट में नियमित विज़िट करना।
  • प्रतिदिन/साप्ताहिक सेल्स और कलेक्शन की रिपोर्ट मैनेजर को देना।
  • अन्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
  • सैमसंग होम अप्लायंसेज़ की ब्रांडिंग और विज़िबिलिटी सुनिश्चित करना।
  • डीलर स्तर पर ग्राहक की शिकायतें और प्रश्न हल करना।
  • डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर ऑफिस के साथ समन्वय करना ताकि ऑर्डर और डिलीवरी में सुगमता बनी रहे।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ एवं कौशल:

  • ग्रेजुएट / इंटरमीडिएट (सेल्स अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता)।
  • अच्छी संवाद क्षमता और नेगोशिएशन स्किल।
  • फील्ड सेल्स और कलेक्शन का अनुभव (विशेषकर कंज्यूमर ड्यूरेबल्स/अप्लायंसेज़/इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स में)।
  • टू-व्हीलर और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस अनिवार्य।
  • एमएस ऑफिस / मोबाइल रिपोर्टिंग ऐप्स का बेसिक ज्ञान।

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
