Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in surrounding districts of Lucknow. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include visiting potential clients, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves coordinating with the project team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, field sales, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and the energy market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of financing and energy management solutions is a plus.
