We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-ground marketing and field visits. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through market visits, cold calls, and local networking.
  • Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, energy storage systems, and batteries to retail, commercial, and institutional clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers.
  • Conduct site visits to assess energy needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
  • Deliver effective product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence — including competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of local markets and customer segments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively.
