Job Role: Content & Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Chennai (Hybrid)
Job Summary
We are looking for a
Content & Brand Marketing Manager
who will own the storytelling and creative engine of Consark. This role combines hands-on execution (content, design coordination, website, podcasts) with strategic brand building. The ideal candidate will
have experience or strong exposure to finance/accounting concepts
so they can translate complex finance workflows into compelling stories for CFOs, Controllers, and accounting leaders.

We are a rapidly growing CFO-tech SaaS startup revolutionizing finance operations for mid-market/ enterprise customers. Our AI-powered platform automates key finance functions like financial close, variance analysis, transaction matching, and account reconciliations, empowering CFOs to make faster, more accurate decisions. Backed by early traction with marquee clients, we are scaling fast and looking for passionate individuals to join our journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Marketing Collaterals & Sales Enablement
· Develop high-quality
case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, brochures, and customer success stories
with a clear understanding of finance workflows (close, reconciliations, variance analysis, governance).
· Translate accounting and finance pain points into
clear, benefits-led collateral
that resonates with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Ops.
· Partner with sales to ensure materials address buyer objections and decision-making criteria.
2.
Content & Podcasts
· Own podcast strategy — from ideation, guest outreach, scheduling, and prep, to distribution and promotion.
· Create thought leadership blogs, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters around
finance automation, AI in controllership, global close challenges, and risk management
.
· Repurpose podcasts/webinars into snackable formats (clips, infographics, commentary posts).

Website & Digital Presence
· Own website content and ensure
product pages, blogs, and resources
speak directly to finance personas.
· Optimize for SEO with relevant finance/AI/controllership keywords.
· Collaborate with product/finance SMEs to ensure accuracy in financial terminology.
4.
Brand & Campaigns
· Support in executing campaigns targeting CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leaders.
· Maintain consistent brand tone that blends
finance credibility with tech-forward positioning
.
· Experiment with digital-first finance thought leadership formats (LinkedIn Lives, CFO roundtables, newsletters).
Requirements:
· –4 years in marketing roles (preferably B2B SaaS, Finance SaaS, or Tech Consulting).
·
Strong grasp of finance/accounting concepts
(close, reconciliations, variance, compliance) through prior roles, clients, or certifications.
· Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills to simplify complex finance workflows.
· Hands-on experience managing
WordPress/Webflow
, plus knowledge of SEO/lead-gen best practices.
· Experience with finance-focused content (e.g., CFO thought leadership, accounting case studies, finance podcasts) is a strong plus.
· Bonus: background in marketing in
finance environments
