Role Overview

As our
Content Creator
, you'll bring the Generally Critical voice to life across platforms. You'll create scroll-stopping, thought-provoking, and share-worthy content that helps professionals discover our brand and believe in our mission.

From explaining frameworks like Porter's Five Forces in 60 seconds, to crafting founder-style storytelling posts on LinkedIn — you'll be the voice behind how the world experiences GC.

What You'll Do

  • Create
    short-form video content
    (LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) around startup thinking, simulations, and real-world frameworks.
  • Write
    LinkedIn threads, blog posts, and email stories
    that make complex ideas feel simple and actionable.
  • Collaborate with the Product & Program teams to translate learning experiences into viral storytelling.
  • Plan and execute
    content calendars
    aligned with product launches and campaigns.
  • Track performance, run experiments, and constantly refine tone, hooks, and formats.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience
    in content creation, brand storytelling, or social media marketing (edtech/startup experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of platforms — especially
    LinkedIn
    ,
    Instagram
    , and
    YouTube
    .
  • Ability to script, shoot, and edit short videos (basic tools like CapCut or Descript work).
  • Excellent writing skills — crisp, relatable, and high on insight.
  • A genuine interest in startups, learning, and storytelling.
