sition Summary:

Define and execute technology strategy for proprietary AI-powered platform.

Principle Accountabilities:


•     Own proprietary platform evolution leveraging patented framework and inventions


•     Establish multi-year technology roadmap aligned with product and market opportunities


•     Demonstrate deep understanding of technology practices across traditional and domains


•     Reconcile new technologies and frameworks with traditional practices for platform


•     Normalize them to this platform capabilities and architecture


•     Apply outside-in reconciliation understanding industry practices and uplifting platform


•     Make critical technology decisions including architecture patterns and selections


•     Own technical architecture spanning natural language processing and generation


•     Design systems supporting multiple orders of magnitude growth


•     Ensure architecture supports cloud-hosted, hybrid, and customer-managed deployments


•     Translate product requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans


•     Prioritize engineering work balancing features, quality, and technical debt


•     Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, and documentation


•     Drive quality initiatives including test automation and security scanning


•     Identify emerging technologies applicable to platform capabilities


•     Establish intellectual property processes including patent identification and filing


•     Maintain hands-on involvement in architecture reviews and design decisions

Required Qualifications:


•     Minimum fifteen years in software engineering with substantial technical leadership


•     Strong product background with ability to balance technical and needs


•     Deep understanding of technology practices across traditional and emerging domains


•     Proven ability to reconcile new technologies and frameworks with practices


•     Expert knowledge of software architecture patterns and scalability techniques


•     Knowledge of machine learning systems, LLMs, and AI infrastructure
