Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager/Client Solutions professional. Based in Kurla, the role offers flexibility with partial work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, strategizing and executing branding, social, and digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring smooth communication, on-time execution, and a focus on results-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of account management, client servicing, and building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in branding, content creation, and brand strategy development.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and media planning.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills to handle simultaneous campaigns effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to represent agency expertise and guide client expectations.
  • Understanding of creative tools, campaign analytics, and trends in emerging technologies (AR, VR, AI).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A graduate-level qualification would be advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage tasks efficiently within office and remote settings.
