**Job Summary**:
The Junior Accountant will assist the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting the financial operations of the agency. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in accounting within the advertising industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Assist with processing invoices, verifying the accuracy of vendor bills, and ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices from clients.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and ensure accurate billing records.
- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries and client billing information.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Support the finance team in preparing budgets and forecasts for projects and campaigns.
- Monitor actual spending against budgets and provide variance analysis.
- **Expense Management**:

- Process employee expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate record of agency expenses related to client campaigns, production, and operations.
- **Client Billing & Job Costing**:

- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure timely and accurate client billing.
- Assist in tracking job costs and project profitability.
- **Compliance & Auditing**:

- Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and internal financial policies.
- Assist with audits and prepare supporting documentation as needed.
- **General Support**:

- Assist senior accountants and finance managers with various ad hoc financial tasks and projects.
- Provide administrative support for the finance team, including maintaining files, databases, and financial documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
