Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting

activities, finance function, statutory compliance, and return filings with a strong focus on

accuracy of the company's financials and tax compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire accounts and finance function of the company

  • Ensuring correct and accurate accounting of the business transactions

  • Ensuring accuracy of the cashflow projections

  • Preparation of the monthly budgets, variance analysis and reasons for the same for

presentation to the management.

  • Ensuring timely and accurately compliance with the tax laws applicable to the

company including income tax, GST, etc.

  • Finalization of the monthly financials including completeness and accurately

recording of the expenses, income, provisions, assets and liabilities.

  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny to ensure the accuracy of the

accounting

  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory payments – GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, etc.

  • Prepare schedules and support internal/statutory audits.

  • Assist in financial reporting and provide MIS support to management.

  • Ensuring investments of the cash surplus as per the company policy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST laws, return filings, and reconciliations.

  • Strong understanding of the accounting of the transactions in financial services

including broking, AIF, PMS, etc.

  • Experience in statutory compliance and taxation.

  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP / SAP and MS Excel.

  • Ability to work under strict timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

  • 3–6 years of experience in accounting, finance with hands-on GST & TDS compliance

exposure

Looking for candidates from Banking, BFSI or broking firm will be preferred.
