*Your Role*

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Zabbix Server (v4 and above), Zabbix Proxy Server, and Zabbix endpoints across enterprise environments.
  • Develop custom discovery templates and write functions/scripts to monitor diverse technology endpoints including Oracle, Linux, and Wintel systems.
  • Manage the lifecycle of monitoring tools including installation, removal, and reinstallation.
  • Remove monitoring connectivity from customer environments as needed.
  • Troubleshoot Zabbix Server HA environments, especially those using Service Guard cluster management.
  • Administer Zabbix agents (active/passive), trappers, and housekeeping processes.

*Your Profile*

  • 612 years of experience in enterprise monitoring and Zabbix administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Zabbix Server v4+, Zabbix Proxy, and Zabbix Agent configurations.
  • Proficient in scripting for Zabbix API and custom monitoring templates.
  • Deep understanding of Zabbix HA architecture and Service Guard cluster environments.
  • Experience with Grafana integration and dashboard management.
  • Familiarity with database schema related to Zabbix and proxy DB partitioning.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, Windows, and Oracle environments.
