We're Hiring: US Onboarding Specialist (Mumbai | Night Shift)

Shift: US Hours (Night Shift)

Location: Mumbai (On- Site)

Experience: 1–3 years

Domain: Communication | Data Analysis | Stakeholder Engagement

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a smart communicator, data-savvy thinker, and confident stakeholder handler to step into a high-visibility role supporting onboarding operations for our US-based teams.

You'll be working closely with senior leadership (Director level and above), ensuring smooth onboarding journeys, insightful reporting, and seamless coordination across time zones.

What You'll Bring:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities (Excel, dashboards, etc.)

Confidence in dealing with Director+ level stakeholders

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Willingness to work US hours (we'll teach you the onboarding ropes)
