Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on personal styling, assisting with product selection, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, staying updated with the latest fashion trends, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and a customer-focused approach
  • Passion for fashion and trend awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field is preferred
