About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fashion Consultant who specializes in the couture business. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in luxury retail, an in-depth understanding of bespoke and custom-made fashion, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining brand aesthetics and client experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Client Advisory: Consult and guide clients on couture, bespoke, and wedding wear; provide expert styling and fashion advice tailored to individual preferences.


• Sales & Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets; build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.


• End-to-End Order Management: Manage custom orders from consultation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy in fittings, fabric selection, and production coordination.


• Customer Experience: Deliver a luxury retail experience aligned with the brand's standard, ensuring every client feels valued.


• Client Retention: Maintain and update CRM records, follow up with clients post-purchase, and nurture long-term relationships.


• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, design, and CRM teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely deliveries.


• Market Awareness: Stay updated with couture fashion trends, competitor insights, and customer preferences to improve styling and sales techniques.

Key Requirements


• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in couture / luxury fashion consulting.


• Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).


• Deep knowledge of fabrics, cuts, fits, and couture detailing.


• Ability to handle HNI clients and create a luxury customer journey.


• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and team spirit.
