Hiring Female Fashion Consultant

Experience : 2 to 8 Years

Shifts : 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM (Rotational Shifts 10:00/11:30/12:00 start)

Working Days: Saturday and Sunday are working days

Weekly Off: One day off during the week (Monday - Friday)

Package : 3.00 LPA to 8.00 LPA

Eligibility: Only Female Candidates

Industry: Fashion, Lifestyle & Luxury, Women Apparels

Key Responsibilities :

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a proven record of handling 10-15 Lacs in sales (minimum).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Offer expert styling advice and help clients navigate our collections.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest fashion trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Candidate Profile :

  • Only Female Candidates are eligible for this position.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in single or multi-designer/luxury apparel brands such as Ritu Kumar, Anita Dongre, Pernias, Ogaan, Ensemble, Kalki, Gaurav Gupta, Sabyasachi, or Tarun Tahiliani.
  • Candidates from Luxury High-Street Brands like ZARA, Mango, H&M, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Westside (higher line), Uniqlo, Forever 21, Max Fashion, Bershka, Shein, or ASOS may also be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Must have a keen eye for styling and fashion.
