Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant, based in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that align with their personal style, provide insights into product knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on contemporary trends, promoting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their unique preferences. Additionally, the role involves representing Tanzire's brand values and philosophy in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting to effectively guide customers on style and design.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Ability to stay updated with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Passion for sustainable, handcrafted jewelry is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail or the jewelry industry is an advantage.
