Job Summary:

The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing an exceptional personalized shopping experience to clients, offering expert styling advice in men's luxury ethnic wear and accessories. The role involves understanding client preferences, maintaining brand standards, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer engagement and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Experience & Styling:

Greet and engage clients, providing personalized styling and wardrobe advice for ethnic and fusion wear.

Suggest outfit combinations and accessories suitable for various occasions such as weddings, festivals, and formal events.

Maintain updated knowledge of fabric types, embroidery techniques, and design trends in men's ethnic fashion.

Assist clients with fitting and alteration coordination to ensure a perfect final look.

2. Sales & Targets:

Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement and upselling.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat and high-profile clients.

Handle made-to-measure / bespoke order consultations with accuracy and professionalism.

3. Product Knowledge & Merchandising:

Stay updated on new collections, product lines, and fashion trends.

Ensure merchandise is displayed as per brand visual merchandising standards.

Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely stock replenishment.

4. Store Operations:

Support store opening and closing activities.

Ensure proper handling of garments and accessories, maintaining luxury brand standards.

 Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong sense of fashion, style, and grooming.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-first attitude and ability to build rapport quickly.

Knowledge of fabrics and color coordination.

Professional demeanor and presentation.

Attention to detail and enthusiasm for luxury retail.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Diploma in Fashion Design, Retail, or related field preferred.

2–5 years of experience in luxury retail or high end men's ethnic wear segment with excellent communication skills

Experience with high-end brands or made-to-measure clientele is an advantage.

The job location is Thane West & candidates residing in & around Thane regions are preferred
