Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant at CAI Store in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing product knowledge, fashion consulting, customer service, and sales support. The role involves assisting clients in selecting the perfect pair of shoes, offering styling advice, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Product Knowledge, Fashion Consulting, and Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Sales abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in retail or fashion consulting is a plus
  • Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or related field preferred
