About the Role:Join our innovative team and lead the development of new rubber and engineering plastic parts You'll work on product feasibility, process optimization, and cost-effective solutions while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

· Conduct product & process feasibility studies for new parts.

· Execute trials, document results, and ensure Right First Time (RFT).

· Coordinate with customers through development to approval stages.

· Improve processes to reduce lead time and enhance yield.

· Prepare molds, gauges, fixtures, and maintain master samples.

· Ensure documentation compliance (APQP, PPAP, ERP entries, Control Plans).

· Drive quality improvements, cost optimization, and schedule adherence.

· Maintain safety and 5S standards in all NPD activities.

What We're Looking For:

· Bachelor's in Mechanical, Production, Polymer.

· Minimum 3 years of NPD experience in Rubber & Engineering Plastics.

· Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and IATF 16949.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
