The Opportunity

This isn't a back-office role. This is your chance to build the operational spine of new business verticals inside Three 13 — from tech builds to creative studio initiatives.

You'll work directly with the founder, turning vision into structure, chaos into rhythm, and ideas into outcomes that move the company forward.

Your Mission

To own execution to ensure that what's imagined actually gets done. You'll design how our projects flow, how our people collaborate, and how we keep pace with growth.

What You'll Do

  • Architect the daily and weekly rhythm of our multi-domain teams.
  • Build lightweight systems that make projects run smoother and faster.
  • Coordinate designers, developers, and vendors for on-time delivery.
  • Convert strategic ideas into sprints, milestones, and results.
  • Anticipate issues before they occur and find solutions in real-time.
  • Help recruit and onboard the first wave of creative and tech talent.

Who You Are

  • You love making things work, structured, finished, and functional.
  • You've worked in a startup, agency, or consulting setup where you had to manage multiple moving parts.
  • You're tech-comfortable (Sheets, Notion, Trello, Figma, etc.) and process-minded.
  • You write clearly, think ahead, and thrive when trusted with autonomy.

Compensation:

₹20k–₹30k base (initial 60 days) + project-based bonuses + 5–10% profit-share on successful deliveries. Review to ₹45k–₹60k base post-validation.
