  •  Managing and maintaining VPN installation and configuration.
  •  Managing local and domain accounts, setting up permissions,
  • troubleshooting login issues, and using tools like Active Directory
  • (Windows)
  •  Providing basic training and assistance to non-technical hospital
  • staff.
  •  Coordinating with IT vendors for hardware and software
  • procurementRequired Qualifications:
  •  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
  • Technology, or related field.
  •  1–3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk role
  • (healthcare experience preferred).
  •  Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, printers, and basic
  • networking concepts.
  •  Experience with Active Directory, remote support tools, and
  • antivirus software.
  •  Understanding of hospital applications and healthcare IT
  • environments is a plus.
  •  Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  •  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  •  Basic knowledge of firewalls and network security best practices.

 Willingness to learn, strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
