Core Infrastructure Skills
Windows Server Administration (user accounts, policies, patching, troubleshooting).
Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) (user lifecycle, groups, permissions, MFA).
Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Teams Administration (mailboxes, licenses, security policies).
Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) – basic administration, instance management, monitoring.
Networking Fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls basics).
Service & Operations
ITSM Tool Management (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, JIRA).
Incident, Request, Change & Release Management (ITIL practices).
Onboarding & Offboarding Processes (device setup, account provisioning, access management).
Patch & Release Management (server/client updates, OS/application patching).
Monitoring & Alerts (infrastructure health, system performance, logs).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
