L2 Infrastructure Engineer

Core Infrastructure Skills

  • Windows Server Administration (user accounts, policies, patching, troubleshooting).

  • Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) (user lifecycle, groups, permissions, MFA).

  • Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Teams Administration (mailboxes, licenses, security policies).

  • Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) – basic administration, instance management, monitoring.

  • Networking Fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls basics).

Service & Operations

  • ITSM Tool Management (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, JIRA).

  • Incident, Request, Change & Release Management (ITIL practices).

  • Onboarding & Offboarding Processes (device setup, account provisioning, access management).

  • Patch & Release Management (server/client updates, OS/application patching).

  • Monitoring & Alerts (infrastructure health, system performance, logs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
