Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle real-time customer queries via chat (no voice).
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members when required.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Meet performance benchmarks such as response time, customer satisfaction score, and ticket resolution rate.

  • Work in coordination with team members and supervisors.

  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
