About the Role

We're looking for a Creative and Detail-Oriented Academic Content Specialist to join our growing education team.

You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and educators to develop high-quality academic materials that inspire learners and uphold our educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate curriculum-aligned academic content across subjects and grade levels.
  • Simplify complex topics into engaging, learner-friendly lessons and assessments.
  • Collaborate with educators, designers, and digital teams to create interactive and multimedia-rich content.
  • Review, proofread, and edit educational content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research to maintain content authenticity and relevance.
  • Adapt content for digital platforms (LMS, e-learning tools, apps, etc.), ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in education, pedagogy, and EdTech innovation.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command of written English and academic communication.
  • Subject expertise in one or more core academic disciplines (Science, Math, English, etc.).
  • Experience in curriculum design, content writing, or instructional design.
  • Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; exposure to e-learning tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a learner-centric mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Education, English, Science, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in academic content writing or educational publishing (preferably in EdTech).
