Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater #Bengaluru Area , #Tumkur, #Mangalore and #Chitradurga for a Field Sales Officer. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting services to enhance engagement. Daily tasks include conducting market visits, achieving sales targets, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to transport partners and other stakeholders. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory to strengthen networks and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Client Relations, Sales, and Business Relationship Management skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-first approach
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a field-based, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
