Pediatric Physical Therapist

  • Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients with congenital, developmental, neuromuscular, orthopedic, or acquired conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as neurodevelopmental therapy, sensory integration, strength training, and mobility training.
  • Educate and support parents/caregivers in home exercise programs and ongoing therapy involvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and educators.
  • Monitor and document patient progress using appropriate clinical tools and reporting systems.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and care planning sessions.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of patient records.
  • Stay current with professional developments and participate in continuing education programs.
  • Adhere to legal, ethical, and institutional standards in all areas of practice.
