Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, offering therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The occupational therapist will also communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to involve them in the child's development process.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Occupational Therapy techniques and interventions
  • Experience in Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and other healthcare professionals
  • Specialized knowledge and experience in Pediatrics
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Relevant licensure or certification for practice
  • Empathy, patience, and dedication to working with children with special needs
