Overview: The Technical Delivery Manager - AI plays a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery and implementation of AI projects within the organization. This role is essential in driving the organization's AI initiatives and ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical delivery of AI projects from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop project plans, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise
  • Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
  • Assess project performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and support the technical delivery team
  • Stay updated on AI trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of AI strategies
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and project scoping
  • Ensure smooth transition and handover of completed projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in AI implementation and project management
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analytics
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in team leadership and mentorship
  • Certifications in AI, project management, or related areas (e.g., PMP, Agile, AWS AI)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
