Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with 10-16 years of experience in leading the end-to-end delivery of complex IT or software projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, aligning business goals with technology outcomes, and maintaining high-quality standards across the SDLC.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Delivery Management: Lead and manage the delivery of multiple concurrent projects or programs, ensuring on-time, within scope, and budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/business stakeholders; build trust and ensure transparency through regular reporting and communication.
  • Planning & Execution: Define delivery roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans. Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Agile Leadership: Drive agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, DevOps, and business analysts. Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to delivery governance processes, compliance standards, and documentation.
  • Budget Management: Track project budgets, forecasts, and costs; provide accurate reporting to leadership.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and operational readiness.
  • Client Management: Handle escalations, change requests, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Core Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and modern Agile/Lean delivery frameworks
  • Experience with project/program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across domains/technologies
  • Technical background preferred (experience in software/app development, cloud, or IT infrastructure)
  • Budgeting, risk management, and strategic planning expertise

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or platform-based delivery
  • Exposure to international/global delivery environments
  • Familiarity with contract/SOW management
