Job Summary:

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business and quality expectations. The role involves coordinating between cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to drive successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with technical goals.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to agile/scrum methodologies and best practices across teams.
  • Drive technical excellence and ensure adherence to architecture, coding, and security standards.
  • Track and report delivery status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, and capacity planning for delivery teams.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and help resolve delivery roadblocks and dependencies.
  • Work closely with clients or business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and performance metrics.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Technical background in software development, cloud, or infrastructure preferred.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams (.NET, Java, AI/ML, DevOps).
