About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Manager to bridge the gap between our Support and Technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, timely resolution of customer issues, and efficient sprint delivery.

This role requires a leader who can balance technical understanding, business priorities, and team coordination to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and post-release review.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, and Support teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources.
  • Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks including regular status updates, progress reports, and risk logs.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and report delivery performance against KPIs (velocity, throughput, cycle time, etc.).
  • Implement and refine Agile processes to improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues; lead mitigation and resolution efforts.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure quality standards, documentation, and compliance are adhered to in every phase of delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Program Management in a technology-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in managing multi-team environments, including onshore and offshore coordination
