Urgent Hiring | Freshers & Experienced | Full-Time | In-Person
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Digital Marketing Sales team. The role includes handling calls, emails, and chats with clients from the US/UK/Canada/Australia, understanding their needs, and offering digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails & chat
- Promote services: SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Website Development, Branding
- Understand client needs & recommend solutions
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Update records in CRM & coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets
Requirements
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- 1–3 years of experience in international voice process/sales/customer support (preferred)
- Good communication & customer-handling skills
