This is a full-time, on-site position in the Merchant Risk & Settlement department, centered on handling merchant chargebacks and dispute resolution with a focus on achieving zero financial losses for both mSwipe and its merchants. Foundit

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage disputes across networks such as Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex, UPI, and ATM Express networks to ensure zero losses. Foundit
  • Process chargeback lifecycle efficiently — including pre-arbitration, arbitration, pre-compliance, and good-faith claims — within TAT (Turnaround Time) and compliant with network regulations. Foundit
  • Investigate disputed transactions deeply, identifying technical errors or loopholes, and collaborate via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or SMS to support merchants. Foundit
  • Alert the Transaction Monitoring team of merchants exhibiting suspicious patterns. Foundit
  • Prepare and analyze weekly chargeback MIS reports to optimize TAT and productivity. Foundit
  • Assist management with escalations involving internal teams, external agencies, legal entities, or banking partners. Foundit
  • Recommend improvements for processes, merchant checks, risk controls, and overall risk management protocols. Foundit
  • Analyze transaction trends to design risk rules and reporting structures for enhanced risk management. Foundit
  • Maintain precise records and manage all chargeback-related tickets.

Job Type: Full-time
