**Roles & Responsibilities**

Admin
- Vendor Central Reconciliation of Invoices to Dynamics/Amazon
- Vendor Central Posting Credit Notes
- Vendor Central CO-OP posting via credit memos
- Vendor Central Shortage Case Logs & Reconciliation
- Vendor Central Dispute Chargebacks & follow ups
- Vendor Central Credit Management & Reconciliation

Analysis
- Inventory Value/Volume & Turnover analysis with insight given on suitability of current levels and actions to take
- Gross & Net Margins made on individual product lines with insight given on suitability of current levels and actions to take
- Amazon Margin made on individual product lines VC only with insight given on suitability of current levels and actions to take
- Analysis into lines sold on VC that are able to be sold on Seller Central
- Calculate continious breakeven points on VC & SC & Margin of Safety VC & SC.
- Profit Margin Analysis for Amazon SC/VC & Ebay
- Analysis of Performance Indicators such as Average Collection Period, Acceptance Rate of PO’s, Chargebacks, Uploading Rate, Error Rates, Outstanding Pos/SOs etc.

**Requirements**:

- Need to have knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Need to have experience in bookkeeping

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
