Role Title:

Test Analyst – Credit Card

Location: Mumbai/ Chennai

Experience:
3-5 years

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Immediate joiner will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform
    manual functional, regression, and integration testing
    for credit card applications (VisionPLUS/PowerCARD/Other application).
  • Design, execute, and maintain detailed
    test cases
    and test scenarios based on business requirements.
  • Validate end-to-end credit card processes – issuance, billing, payments, collections, disputes, and chargebacks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (BA, Developers, Business users) to clarify requirements and report defects.
  • Log, track, and manage defects in tools like
    JIRA/HP ALM
    until closure.
  • Ensure compliance with
    quality standards
    and proper test documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong domain knowledge in
    Credit Card Testing
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    VisionPLUS
    and/or
    PowerCARD
    applications.
  • Testing experience in one or more of the following
    modules
    :
  • VisionPLUS Modules:
    CMS (Customer Management System), FAS (Financial Authorization System), TRAMS (Transaction Management System), LMS (Loyalty Management System), MBS (Merchant Billing System), Collections, Authorization, Fees & Charges.
  • PowerCARD Modules:
    Issuing, Acquiring, Disputes, Settlement, Fraud Management, Loyalty, Merchant Management, Authorization.
  • Exposure to
    Cards lifecycle (Origination, Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, Collections, Disputes/Chargebacks)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SQL queries
    for data validation and backend testing.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification is desirable.
