About us

We're a tiny team of 4 –
three of us are techies from NIT & IIIT
who have built and scaled billion-dollar revenue companies. At Kiki, you'll get direct mentorship, real ownership, and the chance to shape something from the ground up.

Kiki is building the go-to platform for celebrations - from decor and catering to gifting and entertainment. Bringing together the best vendors so every milestone moment becomes seamless.

What you'll do

  • Identify and onboard vendors across categories such as decor, catering, gifting, and entertainment.
  • Spend a good part of your week on the ground - scouting the market, meeting vendors (from local shops to premium service providers), and bringing them onto Kiki as partners.
  • Guide vendors through the onboarding process, from documentation to listing their offerings.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships, becoming the go-to contact for vendors on the platform.
  • Represent Kiki in the market and champion our brand values while engaging with partners.
  • Work closely with the founding team to shape vendor acquisition strategy and improve onboarding processes.

Who we're looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience
    in business development, vendor management, or partnerships (hospitality/e-commerce/FMCG experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in
    Kannada, English & Hindi
    .
  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable traveling around the city to meet vendors.
  • A people person – quick to build trust and strong rapport.

Role Details

  • Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (in-office)
  • Hours: Flexible, Mon–Sat
  • Salary: ₹25,000 / month
