About us
We're a tiny team of 4 –
three of us are techies from NIT & IIIT
who have built and scaled billion-dollar revenue companies. At Kiki, you'll get direct mentorship, real ownership, and the chance to shape something from the ground up.
Kiki is building the go-to platform for celebrations - from decor and catering to gifting and entertainment. Bringing together the best vendors so every milestone moment becomes seamless.
What you'll do
- Identify and onboard vendors across categories such as decor, catering, gifting, and entertainment.
- Spend a good part of your week on the ground - scouting the market, meeting vendors (from local shops to premium service providers), and bringing them onto Kiki as partners.
- Guide vendors through the onboarding process, from documentation to listing their offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships, becoming the go-to contact for vendors on the platform.
- Represent Kiki in the market and champion our brand values while engaging with partners.
- Work closely with the founding team to shape vendor acquisition strategy and improve onboarding processes.
Who we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience
in business development, vendor management, or partnerships (hospitality/e-commerce/FMCG experience is a plus). - Strong communication skills in
Kannada, English & Hindi
. - Confident, energetic, and comfortable traveling around the city to meet vendors.
- A people person – quick to build trust and strong rapport.
Role Details
- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (in-office)
- Hours: Flexible, Mon–Sat
- Salary: ₹25,000 / month
