Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Copywriter specializing in Social Media to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time role involves creating engaging and innovative content that aligns with LoveLocal's mission. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creative writing and storytelling, alongside a strong command of social media content creation. Work closely with our team to develop social media strategies that amplify the LoveLocal brand.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Experience in crafting compelling social media content that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand visibility.
  • Proficient understanding of social media platforms including their best practices, trends, and analytics.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities to transform complex ideas into simple and relatable content that engages audiences.
  • Creative ideation skills to contribute unique concepts and campaigns that reflect LoveLocal's mission and values.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Excellent command of language, with strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure error-free content delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment, accepting feedback and iterating as needed to achieve goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative social media content strategies that support LoveLocal's objectives and enhance brand awareness.
  • Create engaging and impactful copy for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with LoveLocal's tone and voice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audience, and deliver content that meets objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize content and propose strategies for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and social media best practices to ensure LoveLocal remains at the forefront of content creation.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and other team members to develop visually appealing and cohesive content.
  • Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and other interactive elements to build and nurture community relationships.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing fresh ideas to enhance LoveLocal's social media presence and engagement.
