We are seeking a creative and engaging Social Media Copywriter to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content that enhances brand awareness,

drives engagement, and resonates with our audience across various digital platforms. This role

involves collaborating with marketing, design, and customer success teams to develop impactful

and trend-driven social media campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Own social media voice by writing punchy, engaging, and scroll-stopping copy for

posts, ads, and campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and

Twitter.

● Craft scripts for video content, including explainer videos, reels, ads, customer stories,

and influencer collaborations.

● Develop content ideas that resonate with international students and professionals

navigating cross-border financial challenges.

● Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure messaging is clear, impactful,

and aligned with brand tone.

● Optimize content for engagement and virality, leveraging trends, cultural insights, and

platform-specific best practices.

● Collaborate with customer success teams to turn real user stories into compelling

narratives.

● Track and analyze content performance, using insights to refine copy and improve impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

● 3+ years of experience in social media copywriting and scriptwriting

● Experience in fintech, banking, or SaaS services in Indian and international geographies

such as the US, Canada, UK, etc. (plus but not mandatory).

● A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement

strategies.

● Ability to write in a friendly, relatable, and informative tone that appeals to global

citizens.

● Experience scripting for short-form and long-form video content.

● A keen eye for storytelling, whether in a tweet, a reel, or a 60-second ad.
