Sales Operations Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day sales operations: maintain CRM data quality, lead routing, territory alignment and pipeline hygiene to maximize conversion and reduce sales cycle.
- Build and deliver recurring sales forecasts, pipeline reports and variance analysis for senior leadership to inform decision-making and target-setting.
- Administer CRM platform (Salesforce/Zoho/MS Dynamics): create reports and dashboards, manage user access, automate workflows and troubleshoot adoption issues.
- Design and monitor sales KPIs, SLAs and incentive-support processes; run commission reconciliations and ensure accurate order-to-cash handoffs with Finance.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal to streamline lead-to-close processes, reduce friction, and implement scalable SOPs and playbooks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives: identify inefficiencies, propose automation or tooling upgrades, and lead training and onboarding for sales teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations or sales enablement — experience in real estate or property sales is highly valued.
- Proven CRM administration experience (Salesforce, Zoho or MS Dynamics) with strong reporting and dashboard skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial models) and comfort with data analysis; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Track record building forecasts, managing pipeline hygiene and supporting incentive/commission processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, clear communication skills, and ability to run cross-functional projects to closure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
