Job Summary

The Inside Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing the inside sales operations, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective leadership.

This role involves heading a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives and refining processes to improve efficiency.

This position is ideal for experienced professionals who can lead, mentor and motivate their team members to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Oversee inside sales operations, drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Design and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Refine telesales and customer engagement processes to improve efficiency
Responsibilities
  • Drive inside sales operations for new acquisitions, upselling, cross-selling and renewals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Manage performance metrics including NPS, CSAT and sales conversion ratios
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma practices
  • Enhance customer engagement through CRM tools and data-driven insights
  • Ensure strong customer retention and repeat business
  • Manage manpower planning, attrition, training and succession planning
  • Oversee SLAs, SOPs and process compliance
  • Monitor and control budgets, sales forecasts and P&L contributions
Requirements
  • Strong leadership experience managing 100+ member sales/support teams
  • Expertise in telesales, inbound & outbound sales, customer service and renewals
  • Proficiency in CRM management, sales forecasting and metrics monitoring (NPS, CSAT, EBITA, P&L)
  • Process-oriented with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and SLA management
  • Excellent communication, coaching and conflict management skills
  • MBA/PGDM in Management (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (advantageous)
