Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, managing follow-ups, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance services and meet client needs will also be a key part of the role. This is an on-site position based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and freight services is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant sales software
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify sales opportunities
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
