Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing sales operations, preparing sales reports, conducting client presentations, and addressing customer inquiries. Collaborating with the sales team and supporting business growth are key components of this position.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and marketing skills to pursue opportunities and meet targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and delivering presentations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage sales operations and prepare accurate reports
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs, contributing to strategic sales initiatives
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the B2B procurement landscape is a plus
