Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing sales activities, handling customer inquiries, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, coordinating with stockists, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Sales Associate will also be tasked with achieving sales targets, participating in marketing initiatives, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and product range
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
