 Role:Responsible for building a sustainable Employee benefit businessin Company's Partnership. Accountable for managing both the project & businessdelivery role in this space. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and create sustainable business model ofEmployee benefit leveraging Company's relationship with mid and large size corporatecustomers of Company.Build strong relationship with senior managementof Bank who manage Corporate Credit division and Large corporate Branches. Incubate this business model and invest throughstrategic planning to eventually scale this business model to create profitable& long -term portfolio for the organization. Independently build this Employee Benefitbusiness including GTL & Retiral funds from Company's LCB corporate customersthrough a sustained engagement with corporate customers of Company. Requirements Required qualifications/Skills Preferred Experience: University graduate preferably MBA from premier institute with years of experience in Group Business, key account management .Vast knowledge of Employee benefit business expertise along with proven expertise to independently manage client acquisitions.Strong leadership qualities with exceptional relationship management skillsPreferably having relevant expertise of working in PSU partnerships.Thorough understanding of Group products & industry wide fund performance.Good communication and Interpersonal Skills.Strong negotiating & influencing skills.
