About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
with strong outbound prospecting skills to support our growth in the
US market
. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects through multi-channel outreach using tools like
LinkedIn, Apollo, cold email, and intent data platforms
.
You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, booking meetings for Sales Executives, and maintaining high-quality CRM hygiene. This is a target-driven role ideal for someone who understands software development services and can communicate value clearly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation
- Generate qualified B2B leads in the
US region
through email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound automation tools (Apollo, LinkedHelper, etc.).
- Leverage
intent data platforms
to identify high-potential prospects who show buying signals.
- Build and execute multi-touch outbound sequences.
Account Research & Prospecting
- Research target industries, companies, and personas to build accurate prospect lists.
- Identify key decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, CTOs, Product Heads, and Innovation Leaders.
- Personalize outreach based on company pain points, tech needs, and industry insights.
Meeting & Pipeline Generation
- Book high-quality appointments and product demos.
- Hit weekly/monthly targets for outreach volume, meetings scheduled, and qualified opportunities created.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain updated and accurate records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report weekly performance metrics—email open rates, reply rates, meeting booking rate, SQL conversions, and pipeline created.
Collaboration & Messaging
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine outbound messaging, improve targeting, and optimize campaign performance.
- Share market feedback and prospect insights to improve product positioning and content strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound lead generation.
- Strong understanding of
software development services
and the technology ecosystem.
- Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools like
Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot,
or similar.
- Ability to research accounts, personalize messaging, and run high-quality outbound sequences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize outreach.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with agencies, IT service companies, or SaaS startups.
- Knowledge of ICP profiling, ABM, and outbound frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI tools for prospecting and personalization.
