Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Manager, Operations - Seller Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving daily operational processes, ensuring smooth service delivery for eCommerce sellers. Key responsibilities include monitoring and driving seller performance, identifying and solving operational challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to improve seller satisfaction and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high service quality standards, analyzing key performance metrics, and driving process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational management skills, including process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Experience in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to interpret metrics and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills to build and maintain strong seller partnerships
  • Proficiency in team coordination, leadership, and effective communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet operational targets
  • Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related disciplines preferred
