RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects. 2. Use inquiries generated by the marketing team for the above. 3. Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process.
  • Candidate should have at least 1 to 3 Year experience in Real Estate.
  • Responsible for generating sales with project specific enquiries.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure.
  • Coordinate between clients and company for up to date status regarding services, pricing and new product releases.
  • Create and report Sales MIS Reports.
  • Set, Plan and Reach Sales Targets
  • Basic knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools
  • Good in giving Presentations
  • Provide guidance and assist the team in marketing and negotiating property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine the gap between clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Train the team in prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
