Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves actively generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales data to meet targets, negotiating contracts, preparing comprehensive sales reports, and conducting market research to better understand customer needs and industry trends. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align with company objectives is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship management skills, including lead generation and client retention
- Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for market research, sales performance analysis, and identifying strategic opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
